All orders have been thoroughly checked prior to shipping.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged / defective in anyway please email us immediately – service@agubi.com 
We will require your order number and an attached photo so we can process this faster for you
All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date
The item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it
This includes the original packaging, charging cable, protective foam and film strip.
We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, general wear and tear will not be eligible
To finalize a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team
Refunds will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging and within 30 days of the purchase date
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if this was approved via our requirements. If you receive a refund, please note that it may take some time for your bank / credit card company to process. All shipping costs for returns and refunds are the responsibility of the customer and are non - refundable.
